MHR is fully licensed and insured to inspect, repair, and replace asphalt shingles on residential homes, multi-unit residences and commercial buildings. MHR also installs asphalt shingles to newly constructed homes and commercial structures. Providing you peace of mind, we only install shingles that have a limited warranty up to 50 years. While on the job, our teams protect your residence and clean up afterward. We offer a two-year labor warranty.
During your first consultation, MHR owner, Daniel Gutierrez, will get to understand your roofing needs and recommend the best shingles and products that fit your budget and roof needs. You'll have the opportunity to select the color and work with Daniel to schedule when the project will be completed. Our average full roof replacement is accomplished within two days. Clean up and waste removal is always included.
